Over the years, Brew City Boost built some truly remarkable vehicles. Here are the builds that set records or pushed the boundaries of what we thought was possible on Saab and Ford platforms.
The 500 WHP 9-3 Aero
Our flagship build — a 2006 Saab 9-3 Aero that produced 502 WHP on E85. This required a fully built B207 bottom end with Manley pistons and rods, a BorgWarner EFR 7163 turbo upgrade, ID1050x injectors, and our proprietary Stage 4 calibration. It was the fastest street-registered Saab in the Midwest.
The 750 WHP F-150
A 2018 Ford F-150 3.5L EcoBoost with CRP upgraded turbos, a built bottom end, E85 fuel system, and a custom calibration from our EcoBoost specialist. This truck ran a 10.8-second quarter mile at Great Lakes Dragaway — remarkable for a 5,000+ lb crew cab truck.
The Time Attack 9-3
Our operations manager's own 2007 9-3 Aero, built for SCCA time attack events. Stage 3 tune, Krona exhaust, coilovers, and a roll cage. It competed in the Street Turbo class at Road America and Blackhawk Farms, taking multiple class wins in the 2019-2020 seasons.
