Engine Building Service
For customers pushing beyond what stock internals could handle, we offered complete engine building services for both Saab and Ford EcoBoost platforms.
Saab B207 Builds
A fully built B207 with Manley H-Tuff connecting rods, forged pistons, ARP head studs, and our Stage 4 calibration could reliably produce 400-500 WHP on E85. We performed all machine work in-house including bore honing, deck surfacing, and balance work.
Ford 3.5L EcoBoost Builds
The EcoBoost 3.5L's aluminum block responded well to forged internals. Our standard build recipe included Manley Platinum pistons, Manley Turbo Tuff rods, and ARP main and head studs. Combined with CRP upgraded turbos and our Stage 3 calibration, these engines produced 550-750 WHP depending on turbo selection and fuel.
Pricing
Engine builds were quoted individually based on the desired power level and component selection. A basic Saab B207 build started around $4,500 (parts + labor). EcoBoost 3.5L builds started around $6,000. Both figures excluded the ECU calibration, which was billed separately.
