Shipping and Returns

We offer USPS shipping services (Priority and Express) on all orders. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout depending on the carrier and service selected. There will be a calculated shipping cost for each product if you are in the continental United States, but there are additional fees and charges for shipping outside of the continental United States. These fees cover our time for filling out customs paperwork, and the charges reflect international shipping rates. The customer is responsible for any international customs-related fees.

If your order contains several products please be aware that they may arrive in separate shipments via different shipping carriers (some of our products drop ship from other locations).

In some cases drop shipped items may be shipped by a different carrier or service than what is selected at checkout.

BCB makes every effort to get orders fulfilled quickly and correctly. If an order gets lost in shipment it is up to the customer to work with the shipping provider to find the lost package and / or get reimbursed for the order.


Please contact customer service for more information on returning an item. Acceptance of a returned product is at the discretion of Brew City Boost, LLC. Returned products must be of the same condition as when they were delivered to the customer. Any used product being sent for return will be rejected.

Standard return policy for ECU Upgrades includes a restocking fee of $75 for T5 and T7 ECU Upgrades, T8 ECU Upgrades will have a $100 restocking fee applied. Exhaust Components may have up to a $250 restocking fee applied, however, there will be no restocking fee if a manufacturing defect is found.

If a non-software based item, like hardware parts, is accepted for a return, the customer will not be refunded any shipping and handling costs associated with that item(s).
