Complete silicone vacuum hose replacement kit for Saab 9-3 and 9-5 turbo engines. Replaces all deteriorated factory rubber vacuum lines that cause boost leaks and erratic idle.
Saab turbo engines have over a dozen vacuum lines connecting the turbo wastegate actuator, bypass valve, brake booster, PCV system, and various sensors. Factory rubber hoses become brittle and crack after 8-10 years — a major source of boost leaks and check engine lights.
Our kit included pre-cut silicone hoses in BCB green, rated to 400°F and 200 PSI. The kit covered every vacuum line from the intake manifold to the turbo, including the often-forgotten PCV hose behind the engine.
